Norberto Velázquez

A distinguished young man from Morelos, who has been characterized by promoting philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and the development of different social groups across various fields.
He holds degrees in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as entrepreneurship studies from the University of Valencia. He has served as Director of Corporate Leadership at the Mexican Council for Cultural Diplomacy, Youth Councilor for the State of Morelos, and currently serves as Advisor to the National Parliament of Professionals, Morelos Chapter, Vice President of the International Institute of Cultural Law and Sustainable Development, and is part of the board of KC LONDANCE Cultural Center.
His leadership in various public service, private initiative, and civil society projects has led him to be recognized in the book FORJADORES DE MÉXICO as one of the most influential young Mexicans. He has had the opportunity to write for the prestigious FORBES magazine, represent Mexico at various international forums, and serve as a speaker at numerous universities and spaces, including the distinguished TEDx talks.
He is the author of the book Manual del Joven Emprendedor Mexicano, a book he has donated to various schools across the country with the firm objective of providing a guide to help Mexican youth improve their quality of life through entrepreneurship. Notably, he has joined the select list of young Mexicans who have been awarded an Honorary Doctorate for their contributions to philanthropy and youth empowerment.
In 2023, he is embarked on the Corporate Social Responsibility project KUALI, in partnership with producers from the Sembrando Vida program. The goal is to create a marketing and positioning route for products from Morelos’ farmlands with hoteliers and restaurateurs, aiming to boost the economy and tourism.
